Healty salad

- Add chopped  celery,tomatoes sliced cucumbers and sliced radishes.
- Add   beans or lentils or chickpeas to add protein and flavor. Add  cashews,walnuts, or peanuts for crunch.
- Add a small amount of cheese,mix in grated mozzarella cheese.
- For texture and flavor add macaroni or pasta pieces,sunflower seeds or bacon bits.
- You can add meat, tuna, tofu or chicken to turn a side dish into a main dish.
- In the end add balsamic vinegar or fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
